As a
small business owner we personally inspect each item and make every
attempt to insure your satisfaction; however we realize that change is
constant and sometime it is necessary to return an item. With this
understanding the following is our return policy:

Workmanship-

If your bracelet should need repaired (due to damaged
caused by the workmanship), just send it to us within 60 days of
purchase along with a copy of your receipt and we will gladly repair it
free of charge. (This does not apply to lost charms or shipping &
handling charges).

A 30% design fee will be will be assessed to any
personalized items (items made specifically for you… special names,
initials, birthstones, etc…) you wish to return. Items can be returned
within 15 days for a refund (excluding shipping/handling charges and the
design fee).

If we make an error in filling your order or your
purchase was damaged in shipment, contact us upon receipt and we will
correct our mistake and repair any damage at no cost to you.
Resizing-
If your
bracelet does not fit properly, return it to us within 15 days of
purchase along with a copy of your receipt and we will resize it for
free, one time (excluding shipping and handling charges).
